All sales are non refundable. And we are currently accepting returns only from the EU, Europe and UK. I apologize for the inconvenience. All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery for a an exchange. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered) with original packaging. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable mail service. Should you have any other issues with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our very best to take care of you. All sale items are final.

Repairs are also currently only accepted from the EU, Europe and the UK. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience. We stand behind the quality of our work, and with proper care, your jewelry should last you for many years to come. However, jewelry is by no means indestructible. Please don't expect to be able to put your jewelry too far through the ringer without consequence. Should you require a repair, please contact us with a description of what happened and we'll be happy to get you fixed up. I charge a nominal fee for damages that have occurred outside of normal wear. Please note that MIKINORA is not responsible for shipping charges on repairs.
